Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
at least two years of relevant culinary experience
knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
strong communication and teamwork skills
ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

at least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, a restaurant, or a similar operation
knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards
ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with restaurant team members
self-motivated, organized, and professional
ability to work independently and multitask
strong customer service skills

Job Duties

prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply operations including timely securing of items, correct storage of leftovers, and inventory maintenance
