Job Requirements
- At least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation
- knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards
- ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with other team members
- must be self-motivated, organized, and professional
- must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time
- strong customer service skills

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
- work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply logistics
- ensure timely procurement of food items
- properly store leftovers
- maintain accurate inventory records
- follow sanitation and food safety standards
- communicate effectively with restaurant team members
