Job Requirements

  • At least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation
  • knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards
  • ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with other team members
  • must be self-motivated, organized, and professional
  • must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
  • work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply logistics
  • ensure timely procurement of food items
  • properly store leftovers
  • maintain accurate inventory records
  • follow sanitation and food safety standards
  • communicate effectively with restaurant team members
