Job Requirements
- some high school education
- food handler certification as required by local/municipal regulations acquired at applicant's own expense
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand for up to four hours
- ability to reach across 36-inch countertops
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high noise levels
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to manage conflicts and adapt to changing priorities

Job Duties
- prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
- support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
- guide kitchen team and assist with their training
- perform all back of house responsibilities
- work quickly without losing accuracy
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
- manage conflicts and difficult situations effectively
