Job Requirements

  • food handler certification according to local municipal requirements acquired at applicant's own expense
  • physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities and manage conflicts

  • performing all back-of-house responsibilities
  • maintaining kitchen sanitation and safety standards
  • operating kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
  • coordinating with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service
