The organization prides itself on delivering exceptional Asian dining experiences and fostering a work environment that inspires employees to enhance their lives. Embracing strong family values, Panda Restaurant Group places great emphasis on teamwork, community involvement, and personal development. The company’s commitment to diversity and equal opportunity employment reflects its dedication to creating an inclusive workplace where all employees can thrive without discrimination based on any legally protected characteristics.
The role of a Cook at Panda Restaurant Group is central to its operations and culture. As an integral member of the kitchen team, a Cook is responsible for preparing food with passion and precision, adhering strictly to company recipes and quality standards to ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests. The position requires dedication not only to the culinary craft but also to maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. Beyond food preparation, a Cook plays a leadership role by guiding and assisting in the training of kitchen team members, ensuring smooth back-of-house operations.

Effective communication skills and adaptability are essential due to the dynamic nature of the work and the necessity to manage conflicts or difficult situations professionally.
In addition to offering a career in a thriving restaurant group, Panda provides a broad range of benefits to its employees. These include flexible scheduling, competitive pay, medical and dental insurance, paid time off including vacation and sick leave, 401(k) plans with company match, and opportunities for training, leadership development, and career growth. The company also offers free meals during shifts and discounts on various brands, emphasizing its commitment to employee wellness and satisfaction.
