The environment can be hot and sometimes noisy, demanding good verbal communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage conflicts and changing priorities. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $24 to $27 per hour, depending on location and experience. Full-time associates benefit from comprehensive medical, vision, dental, and voluntary insurance plans, along with flexible schedules, paid training, and opportunities for advancement into management roles.
