Job Requirements
- 6 plus months previous experience as a cook preferred
- possession of valid food handling certificate if required by state and federal regulations
- ability to communicate clearly and respectfully
- ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- demonstrate excellent attendance
- ability to operate cooking equipment safely
- adherence to sanitation, health and safety standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Cooking and packaging food products prepared to order or kept warm
- maintaining quality and production standards on all menu items
- ensuring food is fresh and of high quality when served
- cleaning, stocking and restocking workstation
- operating large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers and ovens
- ensuring work areas and equipment are clean, food products properly stored, utensils clean and put away, and floor swept and mopped at end of shift
- getting checked out by Floor Supervisor before shift end to ensure cleanliness standards
- maintaining sanitation, health and safety standards
- demonstrating excellent attendance
