Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in culinary or food service roles
Food Handler's certification
Availability to work on call schedule
Ability to follow food safety and sanitation rules
Physical ability to perform kitchen duties
Professional appearance and dependable work ethic

Job Qualifications

Prior culinary, food service, or restaurant experience
Possession of a Food Handler's certification
ServSafe certification preferred
Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliability and commitment to quality service

Job Duties

Prepare food items to meet quality and quantity standards
Ensure compliance with sanitary and recognized food preparation standards
Handle food safely according to established guidelines
Support resident satisfaction through professional dining services
Collaborate with dining services team members to deliver consistent meal service
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
Follow recipes and dietary specifications as required
