Known for its commitment to excellent food and exceptional customer service, Raising Cane's has established itself as a preferred destination for chicken lovers across its locations. The company values a fun, fast-paced, and team-oriented workplace culture where employees can thrive and grow their careers within the restaurant industry. The brand emphasizes a balance between working hard and having fun, ensuring a welcoming environment for both customers and crewmembers. Raising Cane's provides competitive pay starting at $12 per hour for Cook positions and offers a wide range of benefits, including access to insurance marketplaces, gym memberships, 401(k) plans, and employee assistance programs. Moreover, Raising Cane's supports the professional development of its employees by providing paid training and opportunities for advancement into roles such as Bird Specialist or Certified Trainer.

As a Cook at Raising Cane's, you will play a crucial role in setting the pace of the restaurant by ensuring that all food served meets strict quality standards. Employees are expected to be happy, courteous, enthusiastic, hard-working, attentive, genuine, and prideful in their work. Employees who demonstrate these qualities will find opportunities to progress and increase their hourly wages within their first year by undertaking additional training and certifications. The role also demands physical endurance such as lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, and being on feet for extended periods.
