Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including opening and closing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated responsibility and dependability

  • Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant role is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work all shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain food safety standards
  • Capacity to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality chicken finger meals and other menu items to company standards
  • Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining safety and cleanliness
  • Follow food safety procedures and ensure proper handling of all food items
  • Assist team members with kitchen tasks and support customer service operations
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy service times
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
