Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work flexible shifts including opening and closing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated responsibility and dependability

- Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant role is a plus but not required
- Ability to work all shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain food safety standards
- Capacity to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality chicken finger meals and other menu items to company standards
- Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining safety and cleanliness
- Follow food safety procedures and ensure proper handling of all food items
- Assist team members with kitchen tasks and support customer service operations
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy service times
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
