Job Requirements

at least high school diploma or equivalent
minimum two years of experience in high-volume dining services venue
knowledge of proper food handling storage and safety protocols and regulations
servsafe certification
ability to work in fast-paced environment
excellent communication and organizational skills
passion for food and helping others

at least two years of experience in high-volume dining services venue
experience in senior living and working with residents with memory care needs preferred

Job Duties

use creativity and passion for delicious food to deliver enhanced dining experience for residents in dementia-supportive neighborhood wells and spring village
utilize an array of healthy high-end ingredients to optimize nutrition
accommodate specific dietary needs and special requests
maintain knowledge of proper food handling storage and safety protocols and regulations
collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and presentation
monitor inventory levels and report supply needs
adhere to sanitation standards and cleanliness practices
