  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties

  • Fryer management
  • conduct fryer safety procedures including cold starting and filter maintenance
  • set fryer temperatures for chicken, fish, and side fryers
  • prepare marination by mixing marination mix, salt, water, and ice
  • schedule draining and completion times for marination
  • manage specific fryer duties including load quantities, cook times, and stirring intervals
  • sift flour before and after every load of chicken and after every two tenders
  • change filters every two loads for fryer and grease maintenance
  • change side fryers after lunch and dinner rushes
  • marinate tenders, chicken, livers/gizzards, and fish following specific procedures
  • prepare batter by adding batter mix and cold water to the batter pan
  • monitor and change batter as needed
