Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred
Ability to work flexible lunch and dinner shifts
Strong communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Able to speak primary language of the kitchen
Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds

Job Duties

Receive inventory
Organize and clean kitchen
Wash, prepare, and cut fresh produce
Execute recipes using various machines and utensils from mixers to choppers and food processors to knives, spatulas and whisks
Maintain work area in clean and safe way
Cook food over hot flame equipment in a timely and excellent manner
Use a deep fryer
