The role demands physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, reflecting the fast-paced and hands-on nature of the kitchen environment.
Beyond the day-to-day tasks, the Cook II is expected to contribute to ongoing operational improvements and participate in training initiatives that drive personal and team development. This role encourages creativity, accountability, and a proactive approach to ensuring that every dish served contributes to an unforgettable guest experience. You will also have opportunities to interact with various departments and support special events, further diversifying your skill set and enhancing your expertise in culinary operations.

As a Cook II, you will be part of a community that is dedicated not only to guest satisfaction but also to employee engagement and career advancement. The hotel's commitment to excellence is reflected in its comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with company match, and complimentary meals and accommodations at CoralTree properties.
In joining Hotel Polaris, you step into a career path that blends skill, passion, and opportunity. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings, enjoy working collaboratively, and are passionate about culinary arts and hospitality service. You will be at the forefront of a hospitality landmark, contributing directly to the hotel's reputation as a beacon of quality and innovation in the heart of Colorado Springs.
