Founded in 1976, Old Chicago has grown to more than 100 locations, offering guests a unique and enjoyable dining experience that combines fresh ingredients, made-from-scratch recipes, and a vibrant atmosphere. Over its four decades of operation, OCP has become a beloved culinary destination, celebrated for its commitment to quality, excellent customer service, and a strong sense of community. The company continues to thrive by valuing every team member as an essential ingredient in its recipe for success.
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated culinary professionals to join our team in the roles of Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Pizza Cooks. These positions are available for both part-time and full-time hours with highly competitive pay rates. At Old Chicago, we pride ourselves on offering a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a variety of voluntary benefits to support your overall well-being. Our flexible scheduling options are designed to help you balance work with school, family, and other life commitments, making this an ideal workplace for those seeking a supportive and dynamic employment environment. With opportunities for career advancement and team member discounts, Old Chicago provides more than just a job – it offers a chance to grow your culinary career within a well-established and respected restaurant company.
In these culinary roles, you will be a key player in preparing and cooking a diverse menu that delights our guests. Your responsibilities will range from following precise recipe procedures to using an array of kitchen tools and equipment, including knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, ovens, broilers, and pizza ovens. Quality and safety are paramount, so adherence to company safety and sanitation standards is a must. Clear and respectful communication with managers and fellow team members is vital to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation. Whether cooking pizzas from scratch, preparing intricate dishes, or supporting the kitchen team's workflow, your contributions will directly impact the excellent dining experiences our guests expect and cherish.
Old Chicago Pizza is proud of its heritage and looks forward to welcoming team members who are eager to contribute their skills and enthusiasm to the continued success of the brand. If you are 18 years or older and have some culinary or kitchen experience, or if you are interested in gaining experience in a vibrant, fast-paced restaurant environment, we encourage you to apply. We value diversity and are an Equal Opportunity and E-Verify Employer, committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
