Job Duties
- assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with any requested tasks
- work at an efficient pace to keep up with business needs
- set up and stock food items and necessary supplies
- maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and correct storage
- perform inventory checks and complete food storage logs
- support a la carte and private event food production
- maintain consistent food preparation and plate presentation
