  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Knowledge of broiler, pantry, and saute stations
  • Food safety and sanitation compliance understanding

Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with any tasks requested while working at an efficient pace to keep up with business needs
  • Set up and stock food items and other necessary supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage
  • Perform inventory checks and complete food storage logs
  • Support a la carte and private event food production while maintaining consistent food preparation and plate presentation
  • Monitor kitchen stations such as broiler, pantry, and saute
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene regulations in the kitchen
