Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience as a cook
Knowledge of broiler, pantry, and sauté stations
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Preferably experience in country club or restaurant environment

Job Duties

Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with tasks requested
Set up and stock food items and necessary supplies
Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements
Handle food properly and ensure correct storage
Perform inventory checks and complete food storage logs
