- Working knowledge of broiler, pantry, and saute stations
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Previous country club or restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with any requested tasks while working efficiently to meet business needs
- Set up and stock food items and necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage
- Perform inventory checks and complete food storage logs
