Job Duties
- follow recipes accurately ensuring portion control and proper presentation of dishes
- maintain an organized and efficient kitchen and work station during each shift including managing fresh dry and frozen goods
- properly handle store and rotate stored products to maintain quality
- be responsible for the set-up cleaning and proper functioning of kitchen equipment and machines
- oversee the daily supply cutting and storage of perishable goods to ensure product quality
- complete control sheets for opening in-progress and closing tasks as required
- keep the work area and storage spaces clean and organized by properly washing and storing utensils and bins
