Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds
- Capable of kneeling, bending, twisting and stooping
- Able to ascend and descend stairs regularly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable and punctual with the ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
- Comply with company policies
- Provide quick and friendly service to customers
- Able to work under pressure and maintain a fast pace

- Take initiative and assist team members
Job Qualifications
- No previous restaurant experience required
- Ability to work all shifts including opening and closing
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality chicken finger meals according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and dining areas
- Assist in receiving and storing inventory
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service
- Handle food preparation equipment carefully and safely
- Support other crew members during busy periods
