Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a culinary or kitchen setting preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Provide friendly service with a smile to guests
- Flexible schedule with availability for days, nights, holidays and weekends
- Must be punctual and clock in and out on time
- Must clock in/out for breaks at designated times
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out
- Physical ability to stand, walk, perform repetitive motions and lift items as required

- Pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Always greet guests with a smile by name if possible while cleaning
- Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time each shift
- Ensure handover reports are accurate and timely for shift communication
- Wear a clean approved uniform and maintain grooming standards
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Stretch beyond traditional role to meet the needs of the business and guests
