Job Requirements

  • Previous culinary experience in hospitality or restaurant kitchen setting preferred
  • must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines
  • always provide friendly service with a smile to guests
  • flexible schedule with availability for days, nights, holidays, and weekends based on hotel demands
  • punctuality with clocking in and out as scheduled
  • must clock in/out for breaks on time
  • provide sufficient notice when calling out of scheduled shifts
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • capability to perform repetitive motions with wrists, hands, or fingers
  • ability to lift certain supplies and linens

  • know the location and operation of all safety equipment
  • assist with proper storage and rotation of food items
  • perform other duties as assigned
