Job Requirements
- Previous culinary experience in hospitality or restaurant kitchen setting preferred
- must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines
- always provide friendly service with a smile to guests
- flexible schedule with availability for days, nights, holidays, and weekends based on hotel demands
- punctuality with clocking in and out as scheduled
- must clock in/out for breaks on time
- provide sufficient notice when calling out of scheduled shifts
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capability to perform repetitive motions with wrists, hands, or fingers
- ability to lift certain supplies and linens

- know the location and operation of all safety equipment
- assist with proper storage and rotation of food items
- perform other duties as assigned
