We are currently seeking a dedicated Cook to join our culinary team at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. This full-time, non-management position offers an hourly wage ranging between $24.00 and $25.71, reflecting the value the resort places on skilled culinary professionals. This position involves preparing fresh ingredients in accordance with recipes, cooking high-quality menu items promptly, tasting dishes to ensure proper preparation and temperature, using kitchen equipment safely and responsibly, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of preparation surfaces and storage containers.

The Cook will benefit from comprehensive training through the Rouxbe Culinary School partnership, an online platform providing extensive culinary education to associates. This opportunity enables team members at all skill levels to improve their culinary knowledge and apply their learning immediately in a supportive, expert-led kitchen environment.
