Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe certified
- basic computer skills
- at least 2 years of related food experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility, with strong knowledge of food procedures
- excellent customer service skills
- team player dedicated to supporting team members

Job Duties
- prepare meals following all necessary guidelines and regulations
- coordinate food production to coincide with meal serving times ensuring excellence in quality, temperature and appearance
- assist with tray line setup and plate assembly
- assist with daily cleaning requirements in the kitchen
- promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, their families, and visitors
- support the Executive Chef in menu creation and review
- ensure meals adhere to established portion control procedures and sanitary regulations
