The position available is Cook II within the Food and Beverage team, specifically serving the Summit House and Brew 62 venues. Reporting directly to the Lead Cook and Executive Sous Chef, the Cook II plays a crucial role in managing kitchen operations and delivering an exceptional dining experience to guests. This is an intermediate culinary position responsible for preparing high-quality, healthy food that adheres to recipe standards and safety protocols. In addition to food production, the Cook II ensures cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and kitchen areas, supports team collaboration, and promotes a positive culinary culture throughout the resort. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and various venues as needed.
