This position offers an exciting opportunity to join the culinary team as a Food Preparation Worker. The role primarily involves preparing ingredients to support the culinary process, which includes portioning, chopping, washing, peeling, measuring, weighing, and mixing foods to align with established recipes and food quality standards. Candidates will be expected to prepare cold foods, cook dishes using various equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, and microwaves, and ensure that all items meet the appropriate quality and presentation standards. Testing foods for proper cooking and monitoring throughout the preparation process is also crucial.
