Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years related work experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Capability to handle kitchen equipment safely
Good communication skills
Availability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
Compliance with food safety standards and regulations

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
3 to 4 years of related cooking experience preferred
Ability to follow recipes and standard food preparation guidelines
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Customer service orientation
Adaptability to work varying shifts with open availability
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

Prepare and portion hot and cold food items accurately and efficiently
Cook and present meals for various periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events
Follow basic recipes and product directions carefully
Serve customers at an a la carte stations and operate grill stations as needed
Support management in daily oversight of operational functions and team members
Maintain punctuality and regular attendance for assigned shifts
Perform additional duties as assigned according to client and business needs
