Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years related work experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capability to handle kitchen equipment safely
  • Good communication skills
  • Availability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Compliance with food safety standards and regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 3 to 4 years of related cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and standard food preparation guidelines
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Adaptability to work varying shifts with open availability
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Prepare and portion hot and cold food items accurately and efficiently
  • Cook and present meals for various periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events
  • Follow basic recipes and product directions carefully
  • Serve customers at an a la carte stations and operate grill stations as needed
  • Support management in daily oversight of operational functions and team members
  • Maintain punctuality and regular attendance for assigned shifts
  • Perform additional duties as assigned according to client and business needs
