Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-4 years of related cooking experience preferred
  • open availability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to follow basic recipes and safety procedures
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • commitment to workplace safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
  • prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment
  • perform other duties as assigned depending on account needs and client requirements
