Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
Availability to work any shift with open availability
Ability to follow recipes and multi task in a fast paced environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment

Job Qualifications

3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
Strong team orientation and ability to work collaboratively
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Adaptability to various shifts and work schedules

Job Duties

Accurately and efficiently prepare portion cook and present a variety of hot and cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast lunch dinner and special catered events
Read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing various food items
May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and operate a grill station
May support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
