Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
- Basic culinary skills and knowledge of food safety
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately

Job Duties
- Accurately prepare, portion, cook, and present various hot and cold food items for meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing food items
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte stations and operate grill stations
- Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees
- Attend work and show up on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
