Job Requirements
- four years of cooking experience or two years relevant experience with high school diploma or equivalent
- preferred six months of food services or healthcare experience
- ServSafe Manager food safety certification within one year of hire
- ability to work varied shifts including weekends
- no remote work capability
- physical ability to perform food preparation tasks
Job Qualifications
- high school graduate or equivalent
- relevant experience in cooking or food services
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- ability to work multiple stations
- leadership and training skills
- preferred experience in healthcare food services
- ServSafe Manager food safety certification within one year of hire
Job Duties
- prepare foods according to standardized recipes and production methods
- ensure safe and sanitary food handling during preparation, service, and storage
- conduct daily quality control checks on taste, temperature, and presentation
- work multiple production stations
- train and orient selected staff on food production and safety practices
- lead food production in absence of Executive Chef
- perform other related duties as necessary
