Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four years of professional food production experience
- Washington State Food and Beverage Service Worker’s Permit obtained within 15 days of employment
- Ability to work full-time hours
- Knowledge of health and safety food standards
- Capability to maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen environments
Job Qualifications

- Washington State Food and Beverage Service Worker’s Permit obtained within 15 days of employment
- Culinary degree or formalized apprenticeship preferred
- Experience in food production within catering, hotel, or hospital settings preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare food products using basic and advanced cooking techniques
- Follow standard recipes and plating guidelines
- Meet production schedules while adhering to health, safety, and sanitary procedures
- Manage production, storage, and proper utilization of food and supplies
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of kitchen equipment, supplies, and work areas
- Participate in recipe and menu development and improvement initiatives
- Showcase culinary skills and food products
