Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- four years of professional food production experience
- Washington State Food and Beverage Service Worker’s Permit or ability to obtain within 15 days of employment
Job Qualifications

- Washington State Food and Beverage Service Worker’s Permit obtained within 15 days of employment
- culinary degree or formalized apprenticeship preferred
- experience in food production in catering, hotel, or hospital settings preferred
Job Duties
- prepare food products using basic and advanced cooking techniques
- follow standard recipes and plating guidelines
- meet production schedules in accordance with health, safety and sanitary procedures
- manage production, storage, and proper utilization of food and supplies
- maintain organization and cleanliness of equipment, supplies, and work areas throughout the shift
- participate in improvement work including recipe and menu development
- showcase culinary skills and products
