Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar food preparation role
- Current health card credentialing
- Ability to comply with sanitation and safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and employment eligibility verification.

- Ability to follow recipes and portion controls accurately

- Health card credentialing
- Basic knife skills and cooking techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Job Duties
- Prepare food served using established production procedures and systems
- Understand and comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen policies and procedures
- Comply with established sanitation, personal hygiene and health standards
- Maintain current health card credentialing and have in possession at all times
- Report necessary equipment repair and maintenance to Executive Chef
- Handle, store and rotate all products properly
- Follow proper plate presentation and garnish procedures
- Assist in food prep assignments
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, ovens, flat top, refrigeration equipment, etc.
