Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and dietary guidelines
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation procedures
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings

Job Duties
- Assist with preparation of meal ingredients including washing peeling cutting and assembling food items
- Receive orders from kitchen point of sale and understand operation of point-of-sale system
- Follow recipe standards and dietary restrictions to prepare meals
- Provide accurate meal descriptions to guests with continued knowledge of menu
- Adhere to proper food handling sanitation safety and personal hygiene and health standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas equipment and food storage
- Maintain food bars and communicate production needs to manager or chef on duty
- Report necessary equipment repair and maintenance to kitchen manager
