Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of related cooking experience preferred
  • ability to work varying shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • food handler's certification preferred
  • commitment to teamwork and safety
  • punctuality and reliability

Job Qualifications

  • 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
  • knowledge of basic food preparation and cooking techniques

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
  • prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
