2 plus years of experience in healthcare preferred
2 plus years of experience in quantity cooking preferred

Job Duties

Prepare, season, and cook a wide variety of food items in appropriate quantities
Follow menus, recipes, and production sheets
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
Communicate with other production staff about menus, recipes, and portion sizes
Provide training and guidance to other employees performing related work
Adhere to HACCP and food safety guidelines, policies, and procedures
Utilize proper equipment to produce standard recipes
