We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Culinary Team Member to join our food and beverage team at The Westin Galleria Dallas. This is a full-time, non-management position where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality culinary experiences to our guests. The position emphasizes creativity, precision, and attention to detail in food preparation, ensuring that every dish served meets our standards of excellence. As a part of Marriott International, we foster an environment that promotes learning, development, and collaboration.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients, cooking menu items with timely execution, testing food for proper preparation and temperature, safely operating kitchen equipment, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of work surfaces and storage containers. Your contributions will directly impact guest satisfaction and repeat patronage, as your quality work leads to memorable dining experiences.

We are looking for individuals who have a positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and an outgoing personality. Previous kitchen experience is a significant advantage but not mandatory. The role requires the physical ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds, stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods, and maintain a professional appearance in a clean uniform. Prior to employment, training and certification in safety standards will be provided and required.
