We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Cook II to join our Kitchen Department. In this role, you will work closely with our renowned Executive Chef and Sous Chef, preparing meals for all areas of the hotel, including the restaurant and banquet kitchens. As a Cook II, you will have the opportunity to develop your culinary skills, learn advanced cooking techniques, and contribute to delivering consistent and exceptional food quality to our guests. Job Requirements
- passion for or interest in culinary arts
- minimum of 2 years' experience in a professional kitchen
- proficient in cooking techniques such as roasting, sauteing, grilling, boiling, blanching, and frying
- able and willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends, evenings and holidays
- must be able to lift 50lbs

Job Duties
- prepare meals for all areas of The Quail as directed by the Executive Chef and or Sous Chef
- actively work the pantry, grill, fryer and broiler stations of the restaurant and banquet kitchen during service or at the discretion of the Executive Chef and or Sous Chef
- ensure each guest receives consistent services and products
- develop your craft from one of the area's most renowned Chefs
