The Cook II is responsible for adhering to 100% recipe compliance, ensuring that every dish meets stringent standards for taste, presentation, and portion control. Whether working within a high-volume national brand or a local iconic concept, the Cook II contributes to first-class experiences that make travelers feel valued and welcomed.

The Cook II must embrace the Paradies Lagardère culture by demonstrating positive interactions with guests and teammates, maintaining professional grooming and uniform standards, and committing to food safety and sanitation compliance as mandated by local, state, and federal laws. Additional responsibilities include assisting with inventory management, restocking supplies, reporting equipment issues, monitoring food rotation and storage, and participating actively in training new kitchen staff.

A successful candidate for this role will be a team player who consistently exhibits polite and courteous communication with a focus on exceeding customer service standards. The Cook II is expected to create a safe and respectful workplace, upholding company values through integrity and commitment to excellence. Working at Paradies Lagardère offers an opportunity to grow within a reputable company recognized for its dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.
