Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
- Ability to work morning shifts on varying days
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Punctual and dependable
- Willingness to assist in supervisory tasks when required
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable and responsible
- Knowledge of cooking methods and food safety
- 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Read and follow recipes and product directions for preparing food items
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte stations and/or operate a grill station
- Support management in daily oversight of key functions and employees during business hours
- Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with regularity
- Reduce food waste by optimizing food preparation
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
