- 3 to 4 years of relevant cooking experience

Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, cook and present a variety of hot and cold foods for multiple meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner and special events catering
- read and follow basic recipes and product instructions to prepare various foods
- prepare food and serve customers ordering a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- support management in daily supervisory tasks and employee oversight during normal business operations
- attend work and report for scheduled shifts on time with sufficient regularity
- perform additional job duties as assigned which may vary between accounts depending on business needs and client requirements
