Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 4 years of relevant cooking experience
  • ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, cook and present a variety of hot and cold foods for multiple meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner and special events catering
  • read and follow basic recipes and product instructions to prepare various foods
  • prepare food and serve customers ordering a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • support management in daily supervisory tasks and employee oversight during normal business operations
  • attend work and report for scheduled shifts on time with sufficient regularity
  • perform additional job duties as assigned which may vary between accounts depending on business needs and client requirements
