Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
- capability to perform frequent bending, reaching, and twisting
- good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- clear verbal communication skills
- tolerance for working in varying temperatures
