Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a food preparation or cooking role preferred
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift 20 pounds or more
  • ability to work flexible hours including holidays weekends and evenings
  • strong communication skills
  • basic math proficiency

Job Duties

  • follow assignments for opening and closing procedures as well as food production
  • prepare food and beverage products following recipe guidelines using proper preparation techniques and sanitation guidelines
  • set up and operate kitchen equipment
  • keep workstation and equipment clean organized and sufficiently stocked
  • assist with inventory management and ingredient prep as needed
  • collaborate with team members to ensure timely service
  • adhere to safety and hygiene protocols
