Job Requirements
- Technical trade or vocational school degree
- Minimum 2 years of related bakery or culinary experience
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to follow food safety and personal hygiene procedures
- Capability to stand walk or sit for extended periods
- Effective communication skills
- No prior supervisory experience required

- At least 2 years of related work experience
- Ability to work effectively as a team member
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Basic culinary skills with a focus on baking
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Prepare breads and pastries including dough preparation proofing baking and decorating
- Review production sheet to understand daily baked goods requirements
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain kitchen logs for food safety program compliance
- Communicate with Chef about excess food for daily specials planning
- Use baking tools and equipment safely and correctly
- Monitor food quality and portion control during shift
- Assist management with hiring training scheduling and employee coaching
- Comply with company safety policies and report unsafe conditions
- Maintain professional appearance and uphold confidentiality
- Develop positive working relationships and support team goals
- Serve as department role model or mentor
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving items
- Carry out other reasonable duties as assigned
