Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 0 to 2 years of related work experience
- Ability to follow federal, state and local food safety regulations
- Capacity to work flexible hours including special events
- Ability to lift and move food supplies and equipment
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- 0 to 2 years of related work experience
- Knowledge of basic food preparation and cooking techniques
- Ability to follow recipes and safety guidelines
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook to order foods for various meal periods
- Prepare food and serve customers at a la carte and operate grill station
- Prepare food following federal, state and City of Hope standards
- Read food orders or receive verbal instructions and cook according to requirements
- Prepare meals for customers requiring special diets
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Clean and sanitize work stations and equipment
