Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables for cooking using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
- Take full responsibility for the quality of the food products served
- Consistently adhere to standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards, as well as kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
- Assist in the final preparation of dishes ensuring everything is plated beautifully and garnished appropriately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
