Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables for cooking using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
  • Take full responsibility for the quality of the food products served
  • Consistently adhere to standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards, as well as kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
  • Assist in the final preparation of dishes, ensuring proper plating and garnishing
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
  • Monitor food stock and notify supervisors about inventory needs
  • Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times
