Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
No prior experience required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
Team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
No prior cooking experience required
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication skills

Job Duties

Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables for cooking using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
Take full responsibility for the quality of the food products served
Consistently adhere to standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards, as well as kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
Assist in the final preparation of dishes, ensuring proper plating and garnishing
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
Monitor food stock and notify supervisors about inventory needs
Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times
