Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables for cooking using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
  • take full responsibility for the quality of the food products served
  • consistently adhere to standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards
  • follow kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
  • assist in the final preparation of dishes, ensuring proper plating and garnishing
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen workspace
  • collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operation
